So aye, Christmas ain't far off. Got me thinking a bit about albums that remind me of Christmas, despite them not necessarily being Christmas albums. I've got:
The Clash - The Clash
Had this on heavy rotation a few years ago when I first started properly checking out The Clash. It just so happened to be not long before Christmas so now it reminds me very much of the festive period
George Harrison - All Things Must Pass
I can't quite put my finger on it but this just a festive/wintery feel to it and I can always guarantee it will get me in the festive mood if I put it on and have a glass of Baileys.
Protomartyr - Relatives In Descent
Caught onto this quite late in the year last year so was hammering it all through December. It was the soundtrack for my month for sure and I was so heavy into it that I can't listen to it now without thinking about Christmas.
