Don't think we have a thread like this already? Maybe we do, and maybe I'm just too lazy to search.
Anyway, I've spent a lot of time this year listening to records NOT from 2020, which doesn't bode well for an end of year list, but never mind. Anyway, some records I've been really enjoying these last few weeks.
Sonic Youth - Goo Weezer - Pinkerton DJ Shadow - Endtroducing... Super Furry Animals - Mwng! Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures

lockdown so far has seen my listening quite heavily dominated by the tim burgess twitter listening parties which has been great for revisiting old favourites. i had a big period a few weeks ago of revisiting all the super furry animals albums and gruff's solo work. i've also really enjoyed revisiting all of the charlatans back catalogue again. more recently i've been on a big ladrock/britpop phase which i seem to have a couple of times a year. i've even been enjoying some richard ashcroft solo work i'm sure i will go back to listening to obscure folk records soon but for now i've been loving some meat and potato dadrock.
