This might be even worse than a thread proclaiming Paul Weller as the greatest British songwriter and the ranking his albums, but, are there Noel tracks you actually like? And if so, what are they? Obviously his solo stuff is, for the most part, terrible, and is actually getting worse IMO. But, I think I like enough of his tunes to make a decent playlist. The other big problem is that fucking grating voice of his so making a playlist is actually pointless because I'd never listen to the whole thing.
Anyway, the songs of Noel Gallagher that I quite like :
Everybody's On The Run The Death of You & Me (I Wanna Live In A Dream In My) Record Machine Stop The Clocks Lock All The Doors The Dying of The Light The Right Stuff You Know We Can't Go Back Holy Mountain The Man Who Built The Moon Dead In The Water
So yeah, actually, just quite a small playlist really.
Freaky Teeth The Good Rebel Here's a Candle for Your Birthday Cake The Dying Of The Light/Dead in the Water (aren't they the same tune anyway?) The Right Stuff While The Song Remains The Same Ballad Of The Mighty I Rattling Rose Shoot A Hole Into The Sun
Who Built the Moon This is the Place Rattling Rose Ballad of the Mighty I Fort Knox The Mexican Broken Arrow You Know We Can't Go Back While the Song Remains the Same
Everybody's On The Run The Death Of You And Me AKA Broken Arrow (Stranded On) The Wrong Beach Riverman Lock All The Doors The Dying Of The Light The Right Stuff While The Song Remains The Same You Know We Can't Go Back Ballad Of The Mighty Eye Do The Damage She Taught Me How To Fly Be Careful What You Wish For Black And White Sunshine If Love Is The Law Dead In The Water This Is The Place
Everybody's On The Run AKA... Broken Arrow A Simple Game of Genius Let the Lord Shine a Light on Me Alone on the Rope Riverman The Right Stuff Ballad of the Mighty I Leave My Guitar Alone She Taught Me How to Fly Dead in the Water This Is The Place We're on Our Way Now
