I believe the man deserves his own thread. His four solo albums are all very good! I actually forgot how good his last solo album was (2018's Francis Trouble).
I cannot listen to Julian's stuff (Voidz - solo stuff etc.) and the other guys have only done a few different projects but nothing I want to wank over.

Revisited his debut recently after not hearing it in well over a decade, had a great time with it. I can't believe 101 wasn't saved for the Strokes. I remember not liking the one after, but not sure I've heard any since.

Debut was quite great, sophomore was a mess, he's been doing pretty good standard power pop since getting clean.

My first time ever meeting popular forum member ROD was at a Albert Hammond Jr gig in 2007. He tried to hang with the last of the big time drinkers [Mahoney & Balldog] & it ended horribly for him.
I know that I mentioned Albert's hit song "101" on Jan 18, 2022 at 2:52pm, but I want to mention it once more.
What a banger.
