In the 2022 album discussion thread I posted about a DIIV album that included a cover of Hollow by Alex G. 

I have always ignored Alex G. I don't know why? I think the name always through me off (shit reason tbh). Anyways, I heard a few songs from random albums last night and his music is right inline with my taste. I am going to be doing a 'deep' dive into his catalogue. I will update my thoughts once I get through them. 


The big question is, why hasn't Mahoney pushed Alex G on me before? This is the most disturbing thing...

I can’t get into him. Think I saw a bit of him at green man festival and it was boring. I really like the song PROUD though

His album was feted in the press last year. It was boring as fuck.
