A new IDLES album and a Pastel single all within 4 days, WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE! The new IDLES record has torn the AF Gang apart, it's all out civil war amongst the online community. Personally I really like it. Definitely their best record since 'Joy As An Act Of Resistance' it pisses all over 'Ultra Mono' and 'Crawler'. 8/10 Gave it a whirl today after someone from work said they couldn't stop listening to it. I like it quite a bit. I know they're a bit of an embarrassing band as people, and their hardcore fans are losers, but I can deny this sounds pretty good on first listen.

Oh Shit might be my favourite song so far from the Libs record but it makes me realize how (oh) shit is the production, even comparing to the (underrated) 3rd record.

I know no one else likes it, and I'm loathe to make silly posts to cause drama, but Run, Run, Run has become a real anthem for me. My son headbangs to it on the way to football. If it comes on randomly on Spotify then it gets a good response. Not holding a lot of hope for the album though.

I've seen it highlighted on nearly every review which makes me afraid of the record but at the same time fair play if people enjoy it, I wish them well
