Oh thank god, my vote didn’t matter. I’m still scarred from the year I didn’t put the strokes one position lower and cost my beloved doves the title.

Thanks to Fuzzers for taking care of the maths and the reveal for this year. Excellent job. Who would have thought Hackney Diamonds would be a SAOTY (Soapbox Album of the Year) when we first started discussing about it (in a climate of general puzzlement, I might add)? But there it is, album of the year, album of the decade. Maybe even album of the forever.

Fuzzy, blinding work. I have full faith in you to carry the torch for the EoY lists for the next 10 years. Personally I thought the comedic elements all landed. Superb.
And what a delight to see the correct album crowned. We are heading into 2024 with a lot of steam. Great work all around (apart from those buffoons who got Dwayne to #9).

Thanks for the thanks. A pleasure to step up and deliver the goods and ready to present the 2024 prize to Liam & John as a catgirl VTuber or something if need be.

Cheers Fuzzy, the chart was a thing of beauty.
Will the Stones release a follow up in 24? There's a good chance, they recorded a ton of songs for those sessions. I've a feeling a 2nd record will come out around the time of their tour.
"More Diamonds" for '24 #1.
