This album is kicking me in the id. I love it mightily. Tunes, big emotions, yearning, perfect editing. Massive.

I've been working of my list so I'm gonna throw some leftovers that I'd like to mention
Teenage Fanclub - Shadows -> 6/10 Decent record, quite boring at places. But they were great live and Baby Lee is incredibly incredible
Wavves - King Of The Beach -> 6.5/10 Doesn't grab me at all, some decent songs and moments but I can't really feel it.
Adam Green - Musik For a Play -> 7/10 Hardly a 20 minute instrumental album is gonna make my top20 but I've certainly loved this record every time I've put it.
The Walkmen - Lisbon -> 7/10 This was actually the first time it told me anything (appart from Angela, great tune that). It has a nice languid vibe and great arrangements, can see it grow on me but I still think is quite dull.

Gorillaz - Plastic Beach -> 7/10 I've listened to the whole thing only 3 or 4 times and quite dispersed in time, as it's not something I feel the urge to listen to very frequently. Still, it flows really well and it's easily "their" best album, Gorillaz never where my thing. Superfast Jellyfish, Some Kind Of Nature and On Melancholy Hill (and let me include Fool's Day) are some of my favourite tunes this year. And we're quite used to it, but the amount of people included here is outstanding.
