he could probably get a quarter of a million a week at city so I doubt it. I think we both know that for several reasons that will not be happening. I can't even believe this thread is for real, then again who knows what the chat will be come January. It's all good news to my ears though. I really can't see him staying in England, that's for sure. He's not coming to Liverpool because of previous allegiances, can't see him going to Man City due to wage issues related to UEFA and the fact they already have plenty of strikers and he 100% wont be going to the Arse, so who? For some reason I can't see him at Real Madrid or Barcelona but then again those two are really the only other options as far as I can see. Crazy stuff.

We'll trade him for Adebayor right now. Like, this minute. I don't care if his fucking ankle has fallen off, I'd still make that deal.

He's been crap so far this season, Bill. But, up until then he'd been sensational for United. I think it's a bit unfair that people are writing him off and saying he's finished just because he had a poor World Cup and a poor start to the season.

Fergie: "His agent has intimated he won't sign a contract and he wants away. It's a shock. There's an offer, if he's prepared to discuss. I know David Gill prepared to offer a contract difficult to better elsewhere."
Bye bye Wayne. I, for one, am delighted. The sooner these mercenary pricks leave my boyhood club the better. Never felt anything towards him or his media whore of a wife, as per Ronaldo, as per Tevez. Rio should bugger off with him too, the greedy, ungrateful cunts.
People are wrong to think the only reason FC Utd was set up was to protest against the Glazers, this is another big reason. Just can't stand most top flight footballers these days. I feel like Giggs and Scholes are currently the only players that keep me hanging to this club.

fergie on SSN now saying that rooney "is adamant that he wants to leave", there has been no argument and he can't understand it. he's also been dropped for the game against bursaspor.
fucking crazy tbh. never seen fergie look so deflated.

Stunned tbh. It wasn't too long ago that Rooney was saying he never wanted to leave Utd. I think he's a bit fucked in the head tbh and if not handled correctly could end up another Gazza. I hope not because despite his shit form lately, he's an amazing talented player and his a great footballing brain. No wonder he's been putting in woeful performances if he doesn't want to be at the club, I just don't understand why he's so adamant to leave. The only logical reason I can think of is that he's disillusioned with life in the English game.
Is it a massive blow to Utd? Of course. Is he irreplaceable? No, definitely not. Good luck to him wherever he ends up, I hope he can re-discover his form.
