bandcamp are donating 100% of sales to the artists today to help them out with the corona situation just ordered myself the limited edition vinyl CORONA doodled edition of the squid town centre ep from them. only 50 made. going to be a thing of beauty. was about to order a tshirt from dry cleaning too when i noticed they were charging 5quid delivery. id expected hand delivered by karl mahoney for a fucking fiver. cheeky cunts. |

The violin player from Black Country, New Road; Georgia Ellery, is in another electropop duo called Jockstrap. They've just signed to Warp, below is their first single on the label 'Acid' which is some skewered electronic music hall balled, love it.
She actually sings on this, so Barny will be happy.

There was a bnd from TCOTU, early/mid-noughties who's name escapes me. I think the front man was called Fred and he was either killed or put in a coma when some cunt punched him as he got off a bus, and I think hit his head on a kerb.
Anyway, the new Sports Team tune sounds exactly like them.
Edit: it was Les Incompetents and it wasn't Fred McPherson, it was frontman Billy Leeson. And it was a coma.
They had that song How It All Went Wrong.
