Well if they did then they didn't get it direct from the club, you can't just walk down the ticket office and buy one, you have to apply in writing just to get on the waiting list, i know three lads who've been on it for over 10 years now.

I don't think he knew anyone with one initially so i doubt it. He's giving it up next season anyway

I had a season tickets at Ibrox from about the age of 8 to around 4 years ago. Some seasons shared it cos I was playing most saturdays and never had one when I was travelling or living away from Glasgow. Last time it was around 300 odd quid for the West Enclosure. I'll get one again if I ever make it home

Had one at Pittodrie from 1996/1997 to 2009/2010 and in that time only missed around 5 home games. It cost me around £150 each time (with student/concession discount). Started off going with my dad and brother but been sitting with mates for the last 7 years. During the heady heights of the start of Calderwood's reign there was 15 of us who'd go every week. Last season there was only 4. This season, only 3. Didn't get one this year as I was moving to Melbourne. So far not missing it one iota. Ended up working with Melbourne Victory over here so got a pass to all their home games (free).

Melbourne Victory membership with Seat - abou $200 a year. Can't remember. Gets me into all home games. Been a member for 5 years now. (New league started in 2005-06)
Essendon FC member for around 17 or so years, ticket works out to be about $650 a year all home and away matches are included in it.
