As you can see this is a work in progress, but i hope to have my first track finished tomorrow ...  I'm still waiting for this. I couldn't read the writing (was too small) I want the recording plus others I'd like a track where you talk about your finest day at Linfield, what you had for breakfast that morning, the journy there, the match, the celebration after. JamesDCody has promised to help soundtrack any spoken word record you put out & I'm sure some other big hitters will help out as well. Well Karl, i'm still working away on it. I'm planning on turning it into a concept album, based around a Council Estate. That 'track' that i posted a photo off is about a prostitute and her pimp. Prossie falls in love with a client and is offered a life away from the street corner, pimp's having none of it and stabs the client to death to keep control over the prostitute, heavy stuff. Also planning a track about a drug dealer and a heroin addict, a loan shark and a gambling addict and finally a single mother's eternal struggle to keep her children in clothes and food. It's harder than i thought it would be. |

Was doing the music for Siobhan's class Christmas play today and have turtleed a CD of backing tracks for various seasonal songs to the old macbook, might sing along to the 'Fairytale of New York' backing track ... just to wet people's appetites y'know. |

Do you want your tracks available for download?
If you just wanna edit the picture/info on the artist and leave a link to download the record thats easy. If you want your tracks on lastfm then ask Brad or Kev, I looked into it & there was fucking TONS of shit to read through. I basically thought fuck it & didn't wanna risk having my account deleted when somebody complains about the porno track. I'd cry if I lost my lastfm.

amazing!!! How do you record songs? anyway, ive got 5 songs or so done(ish) and ill ask a mate to help me record them when he gets back here in christmas time. Hopefully that is. Ill ask for his help anyway, with a microhpone and setting up things. Right now I haven't even got the thin E string. any "essentials" out yet? will pick up the records in the weekend or so, already got your mahoney but all the forum bullshit came in the way to actually listen to it! rock on |
