Yeah, Vicente came from Levante too. And I had imagined it was Feyenoord by the way you mentioned it. Juanfran who played Valencia before and now plays Levante was in Ajax too, what's your opinion about him?

He wouldn't even make the dreamteam if he was the only player that ever played for Ajax

Seriously he was so shit when he played for us Remember him being quite good at Valencia/Celta da Vigo ffs. But to be fair, he's just on the many terrible signing we've had over the last 10 years. I think in the last 10 years the club had more bad signings than in the rest of our history

It's a great moment to return with the soul without abandoning football and Dutch players ;D Nobody has more soul than Hedwiges "Obama" Maduro, which you can hear there saying something that could be translated like "I love lot the oranges because there is much vitamins inside oranges and for footballers are very important"

A friend recently pointed me in the direction of this album, don't know if any of you have heard it: Released on Stones Throw Records (Madlib, Dilla..) a year or so back, modern soul album, the guy is a multi-instrumentalist and plays everything on the album himself, its a really decent little album I think, its retro, of course, but has enough of a modern slant to warrant a listen or two. Obvious nods to Curtis Mayfield in places and obviously mid 60's Motown. A tiny bit saccharine in places, but perseverance has seen past that for me, give it a try.

Just found about this young lad, produced by the Bees man. It's incredible, just like some lost classic from the early 70s. Bet you have heard that before, but this time is true. What a voice, relentlessly efortless and pure. Haven't found any of his two EPs, if anyone does please
