You're either Liam or Noel, can't be both.

last shadow puppets > beady eye GET HIM! Don't really care for the Rascals but The Last Shadow Puppets record is ace. His solo stuff sounds somewhere in the middle of both, quality wise.

No, his solo stuff completely sucks, granted Ive only heard one song. The Little Flames were okay but thats because Eva is a doll. The Rascals were shit too.
Do love The Last Shadow Puppets though lol.

Long story short, Miles isn't particularly awesome, but he hasn't exactly done anything to piss anybody off.
In sum. you might not be excited, but you can't hate the guy ffs!

he's great on the guitar, i like the new single, Come Closer, nice rolling beat to it. I think the drummer for his band is the son of Chris Sharrok, there is always a connection to all this.

i actually like miles kane. not to keen (kane) on his old band, but love the stuff with the monkey guy and his solo stuff. inhaler was top, and so is his new single. BDI fans might expect a little more from him though.

TBH It's usually financially motivated by the band or label aka good bands if shit ticket sales, shit bands if good ticket sales or just another band from the label.
He might have forked out a wedge to support BDI TBH as he want's to appeal to the Oasis crowd.

There were rumors that he was going to be in "Liam's new band" a few months after the breakup of Oasis.
He obviously knows both Noel and Liam, so I imagine Liam offered him the opening slot.
