So here's this guy, called Dylan Baldi, born in Cleveland. Just 19 years old and releasing tomorrow the first proper album of Cloud Nothings (after another one last year compiling early singles and eps). The band is actually him on his own, writing the songs and recording every instrument.
Like Buddy, catchiness, precociousness and productivity are keys of his work.
Lots and lots of tunes full of fun and pop hooks, the boy is a genious for melodies, packed with a lofi sound that will be cleaned a bit in this next release.
Love it tbh.

Reminds me of a mixture of The Soft Pack and Beach Fossils, which is obviously a great thing.

I agree Andy it somewhat reminded me of Soft Pack I didn't think the album was going to be this "fast".
It's sounding really good though.

Had a couple of listens. Is decent in places, a bit better in others. Hasn't really grabbed my attention very much. Miles better than that shit by the Beets though.
