Delighted with the signing, he is HUGE. Literally.
Scores goals at this level and should be the perfect foil to our small, pacey players. Squad is stronger than last year. Lost 2-1 to hearts, apparently all our 2nd half subs killed our flow.
I see you've signed Scott Vernon, decent player. Ex-Gill also, managed 45 mins in his 1st game then was out with a long term injury!

Hodgson's always liked him though, he made an enquiry about him when he was at Fulham. Apparently he asked the scouting team if he'd found a new club and if not to get him in to train with the squad, he got the new sports scientists to have a look, they said he was fine so they offered him a new deal.
I still think we'll bring another left back in with Insua going, but it means we don't have to buy two now.
