Halfway through and I'm impressed so far krburg. Sick mix. Will give a rating for each and every track once I spin this a few times.
I can see how many of these bands have influenced you as a say a musician? Per say.
I think you could make some killer short pop tunes or summit if you haven't already...

Alright the new mix I wanted just one song from an artist and seeing that you have already listend to some soul tunes already I changed it up. 1. John Barry Orchestra - On Her Majesty's Secret Service (my favorite Bond theme and sort of a stormer for opening credits to a day, a night out or night in) 2. The Cure - Fascination Street (Probably my favorite Cure tune cause the bass line is out of this world. Love the guitar bits in the beginning especially as well) 3. Animal Collective - For Reverend Green (One of my favorite Collective tunes. Love the guitar especially in this one. Lyrics are quite comical too which kind of makes the song have some sinisterish vibes) 4. Atlas Sound - Walkabout (featuring Noah Lennox) (Summer tune imo, for a nice sunny day thinking to yourself) 5. The Ramones - Chain Saw (Think the Ramones are my favorite punk band over anything you wanna call punk from the Sex Pistols to the Clash, I'm a Ramones man. Hard to pick a favorite of theirs cause all they're songs sound so similar but yet the minor little details for what they are brilliant. I don't buy into the whole Ramones are for 15yrs bs. Some brilliant 2-3 min pop tunes that happen to be so-called punk) 6. The Zombies - Maybe After He's Gone (Brilliant and underappreciated band. Backing vocals are a-la superb Pet Soundsish) 7. The Chemical Brothers - Another World (Off the newest allbum which is pretty good. Not the Hanna soundtrack mind you. To be fair it was this or Star Guitar. Dunno if your into the CB but imo best dance/techno whatever you want to call them act around, complete legends) 8. Sade - No Ordinary Love (Probably my favorite female vocalist of all time from her best album imo. Sexy as fuck) 9. The Jesus & Mary Chain - Something's Wrong (Kind of cliche to put them on here since you probably know them but this song imo is the best off of Psychocandy) 10. Queens of the Stone Age - Mexicola (Josh Homme is a stud) 11. MGMT - Siberian Breaks (5 songs into one and imo is a masterpiece. Reminds me if the Kinks, the Beatles and Pink Floyd got together and played some tunes all together at once. Ending of this is brilliant) 12. Panda Bear - Scheherezade (I love the ghost like vocals on this.)

Does anyone know how I can get my songs at the same volume level? There is a program called MP3 gain that can do that, it's free to download, just do a search, then you can load all the songs into it and set the relative volume level.

I'm alive, me. I've been in Prague and I'm quite busy this week, but I'll try to find a little time to show all my loving to Danny Dan's Daniel, as well as letting my ears be sweetly fucked with his hopefully wonderful piece of work.

See you picked Roygbiv, Bill. What a tune . Wanted to take that one as well first, but thought In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country fitted the mix better

My mission to listen to them all continues..... Onto WHOREIZONS Downloaded them all so far, listened to none yet. I'm on a crazy mission, listening my entire library (minus the albums I know very good) in alphabetical order. Downloading lots of new stuff as well. 3 weeks in, still at the letter B

That's where I am right now. Since I'm not doing 2 albums by one artist after each other, it goes simultaneous with Bob Dylan right now. Decided to include his entire discography in this 'challenge'. Hope I am finished before 2013
