If Bell knew what Noel was like why didnt he say something in Oasis?? cos he has no bollocks and was happy to play the role of bass player picking up easy money whilst writing a shit song ever couple of years. Terrified of being sacked and having to apply to be the bassist of Gaydad again. This berk starts giving it out when Noel is nowhere to be seen yet dropped his arse when the shit started flying in Paris. I think Andy (a man whose debut album contains more musical ideas within its opening seconds than the whole of Noel's discography) simply couldnt be bothered to communicate with the dwarflike little Stasi cunt. Now that the dust is settling, we can see who's the child and who's the grown up man. Kudos to Liam, he came out of this thing as a true professional musician, a true working class hero. Noel, on the other hand, is just becoming the pop, upper-class cunt he has always wished to be.
That Mumford & Sons song is mediocre at best. It's definitely not a song that a world class songwriter would wish he had written. So, my guess is Noel is making this statements just to get the attention of the younger audience who grew up listening to the folk stuff imported from the US in the last five years.

Dunno how anyone could argue this. Noel befriended Gordon Smart either because he suddenly likes hanging out with dry characters in shit clothes or because he has the most important tabloid column in the country. Noel obviously spins. Liam on the other hand is happy to go to Tamzin Outhwaite's wedding and be pictured on the cover of Hello! in a pink suit.
