Inception 7/10 A dream within a dream, could have been better in my opinion. Anyway, it left me with some questions. Lack of aging in the children? Why do they have the same clothes? Mal’s shadow, is she really dead? Cobb uses Mal’s totem, therefore he never knows if he’s in reality or not? and the last one, how come we don't see more of Tom Hardy?

jules et jim (1962)9 bloody brilliant more like 12/10! within my virtual 'top ten' list of the best movies ever (which actually contains a couple of dozen movies), this is definitely in the top three (which maybe contains around ten movies ca.).

(inception) 8/10 for me, good. love leo, always. got a bit taken back by that ellen page at first, but it worked out alright. see more of this fantastic review inside the spoilers box! wasnt Mal's Totem from a dream or something? Well, all of your questions can be answered by the same answer; it was cobb's dream projecting. or could be wrong of course, but I dont think the directior intended it to be that much afterthought really. Thought it was pretty direct in it's story telling with the little end- scene just a little extra spice. It fell btw. it could also be that I got home at 6 this night and is dead tired that I miss your point entirely, but oh well. got the money back for it too as it was something wrong with the picture. It was a bit blurry, but I didnt care, it's the same quality as my downloaded films anyway. the a- team 7/10 worked well, murdock was shit though, the others were good. Too much Face tbh, Hanibal is the man.

Shutter IslandI enjoyed this. Thought the whole "67th patient" thing was a bit obvious though. One of the good things about it though was the way it was linked and how the plot evolved and the characters developed. I liked Di Caprio in this. 7/10 The girlfriend thought it was shite though and thought the whole premise of the film was pointless. She even had to turn away when they were running through the Section C Ward (Fort looking thing)

scott pilgrim vs the world (2010)8.5 amazing fun, cant wait to see it again actually. took me 5 mins or so to get used to at the start as it was slightly different to what i expected but after that it just excellent. cant believe that it seems as if im the first person here to see it actually.

It looks painfully bad, despite the fact Edgar Wright is directing. I read somewhere that "Michael Cera has the dramatic range of an instep." which I thought was quite apt.

i would like to see 'scott pilgrim' but my friend vehemently vetoed it along with 'the expendables'. she's damn lucky i liked 'takers' this weekend. both will be dvd viewings for me most likely.

You should really learn how to go to the movies alone. It's not that awkward. It's actually quite relaxing in some ways.

i only go to the movies on saturdays anyway and go out with my friend. she's seen plenty of movies that she didn't want to see just for me but i'm not out to torture her. plus i wanted to see 'takers' more than 'the expendables' anyway really, so i was fine with it.
