[1983] First time I've watched it in ten years at least. It's absolutely appalling. There's a few precious moments of fun, like when Moore hands an Indian guy a wad of cash and says ''That'll keep you in curry for a few weeks'', but generally it's just tired, predictable guff, even by bond standards. the ending, when bond defuses a nuclear bomb, dressed as a clown, in the middle of a circus, is perhaps 007's ultimate low. 3. It's decent, I like Hoffman, but Jon Voight is a bit cartoonish for me. 7.

Midnight Cowboy is one of my all time favourite films. Bad Man's River [1971] I'm a big fan of Lee Van Cleef but this is a pretty poor Spaghetti Western. Those type of films really do need someone really good behind the camera but this just looked like it was made by a complete hack. Terrible soundtrack as well. 4

Going the Distance [2010] 4/10 i like a lot of chick flicks but i didn't care for this. somewhere along the line i stopped being a fan of justin long. drew kept choosing him and i would've picked the other guy that liked her, the british bartender. Went to see this yesterday. I didn't think Drew Barrymore suited the role at all, and having never had a problem with Justin Long he was dogshit in this. The only saving grace was The Boxer Rebellion turning up, and in a round-a-bout kind of way saving the day. 2/10

Drew Barrymore needs a punch in the face for being such a groupie cougar. It's gross, plus her movies are monkeybutt.

Notes On A Scandal Was good, but spent most of the film imagining about how amazing it would be to have an affair with your teacher if she looked like Cate Blanchett 6.5 (and 10/10 obvs)

How is Drew Barrymore still getting work? She can't act and isn't even remotely attractive.

I hadn't realized it and then he made me consider it . He was right.

The Expendables - 8/10 Action packed, and just cool as fuck sure some of it was beyond cliché but it was a laugh I thought. The Hangover - 7/10 Actually quite liked this. I didn't think I would, but I thought the characters were quite likable towards the end, and the plot was good enough tbh. Nice surprise

Aye, was also pleasantly surprised by The Hangover, except for the Oriental guy haming it up a bit too much The Beat That My Heart Skipped Fantastic energy, great DeNiro-esque lead performance by a man caught between a life in shady business/straight up crime and classical music, been waiting ages to see it and was well worth. 8.5 atfuckingleast
