had never seen that before bobby gillespe proper had me giggling. reminded me of the old rock profile things matt lucas and david walliams used to do back in the day before they went shit. the take that one was genius.

Mahoney: would you front the Roses if they asked? I feel this could add some much needed spark to the reunion.

No, unless they only want to perform on Saturday nights I'm not willing to give up my prestigious job with the Royal Mail.
A lot of rumours pointing blame at reni, surely after this next lot of gigs they should just call it a day.
Also, have you seen any of Ian's new clothing brand "own brain"? It's shocking

YES. Those t-shirts are horrendous Don't understand why folk are blaming Reni? He was never a songwriter, can't blame him for a lack of tunes?

If true then fair enough, I saw them 5 times and had some great moments. Would have liked a new album but not so fussed after All for One being so poor. Looking forward to more Ian Brown solo stuff now and seeing him back in intimate venues.

Ian on that Japanese gig is actually amazing he's so shoddy! Whatever has happened, ill always be profoundly grateful I got to see them play, 26.2.13 in Auckland, will treasure it forever. Great setlist, and amazing show- id like some "answers" so to speak on what's happened if they're done, but I liked Beautiful Thing a lot- and they will have made bulk cash so fair play!

no.
NO NO NO.
no way is this 'fair play'.
bar the exciting flush of those first gigs, they half-heartedly milked a cash cow for SIX YEARS and fucked off, releasing 2 utterly shite new songs in the process.
Fuck 'em.

I'm warning you now guys: I'm considering writing a 1400 word thinkpiece on why we all deserved more from the Stone Roses reunion.
