Michael Owen to Stoke, apparently. Perfect match of player and team philosophy. Or not.

He won't score over 8 goals for them. He's finished, not that he'll let anyone say that pointing to his record of goals against lower league opposition for Man U in the cup.

i hope this 'reported interest' from Everton is just journalists making shit up to look ITK cos otherwise it makes me think Moyes has gone mad.

Liverpool have opened talks with Hoffenheim over a move for Gylfi Sigurdsson and a deal could be completed as early as next week.
Brendan Rodgers is keen to bring the midfielder to Anfield after the pair combined well during Sigurdsson's loan spell at Swansea last season.
The 22-year-old has privately expressed his desire to join Rodgers at Anfield, rather than join Swansea permanently.
Liverpool will pay in excess of the £6.8m fee Swansea agreed last month.

so despite the fact he missed the last third of the season injured eddie ( when liverpool were truly awful ) leading to the manager getting sacked you blame charlie adam for this more than the incredibly bad downing and henderson. thats very odd eddie

so despite the fact he missed the last third of the season injured eddie ( when liverpool were truly awful ) Eddie's just following the cult line. Read RAWK, there's one guy on there who's suggested Adam might not be their worst player and every single one of them has ganged up on him. There's one who said they didn't miss him when he was out of the team, despite the fact they hardly kicked on. Lucas is also now apparently the greatest player of all time, and anyone who suggests the cult is going overboard is pillioried. Lucas will win them the league next year, whether he plays as a DM, AM or goal keeper. He's just that good - the cult has spoken.

he initially did ok. but weren't impressed from like november onwards. he was more out than in because he'd played a bit shit. and no i'm not writing him off for that penalty shocker. i just think we could do a lot better in midfield than adam.

Liverpool couldn't attract better players than Adam any more.

Liverpool couldn't attract better players than Adam any more. Good players would want a chance to play in the champions league, which Liverpool can't offer. Also being associated with racism would harm their image. No decent player will ever sign for liverpool again.
