Well, you can see him like that but you can't say it's his goal. The guy just writes and plays some careless acoustic songs, can't blame him for being young.

I think you have gotta separate him as a musician from that 'real music singer songwriter 4 chords and a chorus oats and barley' bull shit Virgin Radio crowd.

Hopefully someone gives him a shit load of different music to listen to and he does an Arctic Monkeys and takes a pretty MOR sound in interesting directions. I fear the Noel Gallaghers of this world have already ruined him though.
