I dont think better quality will make a difference to the melodies or lyrics. Why can't BDI write a chorus ffs.

I dont think better quality will make a difference to the melodies or lyrics. Why can't BDI write a chorus ffs. Because they are shit songwriters. You can bring in the worlds top producers but it doesn't make up for the fact that Gem has been a useless flop of a songwriter his whole career, Andy Bell is totally washed up and has been for years, Liam's songs are mainly crap with some of the worst lyrics in history.

Good tune. Love the atmospheric production on it. Maybe a little too long with an unnecessarily lengthy outro. Still, it's dark with a bit of menace about it and it could be a grower. 7.5/10 the outro bit is good Had a few more listens after my first comment, and yeah, the intro is great, actually. Listening to it through headphones revealed so much more, too. The production on the three album tracks we've heard is really great. The XFM rip still isn't great, either. Bumping my rating up to an 8.5.

Does anyone know how much lasts the album? I hope it's not too long tbh, it would benefit the songs.

Tucker's rolling ratings are the highlight of the thread.
That bonus track is highly pleasant

My mate went to Jools last night. They played: Flick, Bite and Soul Love And Chris Sharrock's son drummed on one of em. Two drummers. Two drum kits. OUT THERE SPACE ROCK! And Liam wore a PG Parka.

Will definitely be tuning in this Friday!
Really digging Soul Love. It should even satisfy the trumpets here who cry out for some sort of chorus.
Did your mate say how Liam / the band sounded?

Beady Eye are to play an exclusive set for Absolute Radio at Abbey Road Studios, to include a Beatles cover.
The group will perform in Studio 3 on Monday, June 3 in front of an invited audience and it will be broadcast on Pete Donaldson's Absolute Radio 8pm to midnight show three days later on June 6. The session, which will feature a song by the Fab Four, will be filmed and be available to watch on the station's website.
Donaldson said: “This is going to be an amazing gig and to secure Liam, arguably the greatest rock ‘n’ roll front man around, is a coup. As a huge fan I can’t wait to see which Beatles track they’ll cover.”
