spot on tbh I always tend to watch the HOT ONES youtube channel even if I don't care for the celeb, it's always a fun 20 minutes (Chris Jericho spitting in a bin was my fav) but I got 2 minutes into Noel's one and had to switch it off for my own sanity. I watched it just so I could be entertained by the obvious discomfort he was in.

"Noel Gallagher has told Music Week a new song called 'Wondering Star' will be released in November.
It will be from his new EP 'Blue Moon Rising' that is scheduled to be released in the new year."

And here it is (live):
From the comments: "It begins like Better day by OCS. Then it turns into something like Little by little. Great tune, anyway" I think we can all agree praise doesn't come any higher than that.

wandering shite.
it begins like little by little too. follows that exact structure sam presciently pointed out about spoken portentous verse followed by bellowed chorus. the dull face of torture.
also, gem is tied with noel as the uncoolest person in music.

EP out March: 1. Blue Moon Rising 2. Wandering Star 3. Come On Outside 4. Blue Moon Rising (The Reflex Revision) 5. Blue Moon Rising (7” Mix)
I genuinely liked the previously leaked Come on Outside so looking forward to Noel releasing an official version that will inevitably completely ruin it.

Yeah I quite like Come on outside, though it's absolutely crying for an LG vocal almost as much as The Fame is.
Hope he's rewritten the 'problems are the size of a cow' line though.

That is a correct take, similar to how he ruined record machine on the first solo album.

If only...
I gotta say I quite like the music, but the vocal melody (or just the vocals, really) are very weak.

Midlife crises don't usually last this long, right? (Asking for a friend who just turned 40.)

How many of these EPs he gonna do? I reckon they'll end up giving away tickets for these big gigs he has in the summer. I never thought he'd fall this low It's got so bad even your average Oasis fan now thinks he's lost the plot & Liam is a must see. Amazing how it has turned around within a few years. Part must go down to Liam's new management, everything has been handled so well on his side. But Noel... You can tell there isn't anyone with any balls in his team that is willing to say "Noel, this is a bad idea", he's surrounded by a bunch of arse licking yes-men too frightened to upset him. It's possibly the Gem Archer syndrome, as soon as he left Liam for Noel everything changed almost instantly. That man is one bland fuck

insipid shite. like barny said, i don't think the music is so bad, but the man doesn't have the inspiration to write a hook, and he's the worst singer on this planet, along with chris martin.
