I've done terribly this year for keeping up with new releases tbh. Still, trying to get back on with things, starting with Squid, which is sounding bloody great.

New Sleater-Kinney has dropped I believe this is the first album without Janet Weiss. Oddly enough I forgot they dropped an album in 2019 so I should probably go back and listen to that as well  |

The new King Gizzard is a bit of alright.
I'd lost all interest in them a few albums ago and thought they'd peaked way back with Nonagon Infinity, but this a bit of a hazy, blissed out swerve in direction. I shaĺl be shelling out for this one. Deffo one for the summer.

We have about 6 months left in 2021 and I hope we hear something new from Alvvays.

Not cared for either song I've heard from the record so I'll probably pass. Surprised to see they're doing two nights at Earth... with a near £40 price tag these gigs are going to really struggle to sell out I would have thought.
