Really loving the new Four Tet. It has a slightly more ambient vibe than recent releases and reminds me more of Rounds which is one of my all Time favourite albums.

Lots of introspective journeys! the introspective journeys I can let pass, it's when it starts describing everything as a 'sonic experience' or similar I end up putting a quote from elsewhere in instead as it's clearly got no idea what band it's supposed to be talking about and is making things up.

New Fat White Family song is quite the trip (thank god for subtitles in the video) but at the same time I doubt I'll ever want to listen to it again... the final word in spoken word indeed

Although that “eagles and Beatles” song is so bad, I almost thought I was listening to the Liam & squire album by mistake.

The singles are so bad that I’ve no desire to ever hear it they actually sound decent compared to the rest of it. honestly it is worth listening to the first two songs for a laugh just to get a taste of how bad it is.

Although that “eagles and Beatles” song is so bad, I almost thought I was listening to the Liam & squire album by mistake. How the fuck have they sat and listened back to this and thought "yeah, this is great, and not completely cringe in anyway" is beyond me. Furthermore, why hasn't the producer pointed it out? It makes Beatles & Stones sound like an absolute masterpiece.

Yep, definitely nothing like it. It's quite a left-turn and even if it's not very good I think it's fine for them to try new things, it feels a low-key release though.
