Arctic Monkeys and Bjork for Field's Day, then...? Doubt Arctic's Monkeys would.

Isn't bjork already doing that festival nick cave and LCD are playing? Can't see her being allowed to do two outdoor TCOTU shows.

I think you might be right. Primavera and Field Day have historically had pretty similar lineups so I wondered if the Arctics would have been doing hte other night there. Unless, of course, Field Day has decided to stay with the much dancier lineup.
I think I could well end up going to the night of All Points East that The National are headlining, despite the fact they haven't put out a good album since 2007. The support lineup looks pretty decent.

Yeah my thought was that Field day will go with the dance lineup.

Ottawa Bluesfest (my local 2-week festival) announced its lineup this morning...headlined by the foo fighters and dave Matthews are the main headliners, couldn't care less. But I finally get to see beck. Also, sturgill simpson and my beloved Nick Lowe, backed by Los Straightjackets. Love it.

That's a pretty varied & cool lineup. Check out BOB LOG III if he doesn't clash with anyone, great entertainment. SHAGGY as well!

I used to go for the entire festival over two weeks, since the location was walking distance from my house, but since we had our daughter, we moved out to the suburbs, so I will probably only go 2-3 times (Nick Lowe and the Beck/sturgill/ghostface nights for sure, and then maybe the war on drugs/JETHRO night), since there is a 3-day pass option.

Wiley has cancelled his show in Glasgow tonight 90 minutes before the doors are due to open, the cunt 'Travel issues' aka TCOTU geezer can't face Scotland with a little bit of snow.

Public Service Broadcasting should be thrown down one of the coal mines they love so much and the entrance sealed with concrete.
