I've re-evaluated all the facts & done a little research into Anton's current state & come to the conclusion that he definitely lives in a crack-den.

When he dies he should pass the torch to another man to substitute him, so that Anton Newcombe never dies, just like Dread Pirate Roberts. He probably has already done it, that would explain the shit records.
