Great album. Worst tunes are I'm Outta Time and Nature of Reality. If they'd replaced I'm Outta Time with Boy With The Blues and spent more time on the lyrics of Nature of Reality (as its a pretty rocking number actually) they'd have nailed it.
The only Oasis album I feel the desire to listen to these days

Boy with the blues doesnt fit on DOYS: shit drums, weak production and a song structure that's really messy. With massive drums and a shorter ending, it could have been HUGE.

Was I the only one who liked I'm Outta Time? YOU GOTTA KEEP ON KEEPING ON, what a line! Also the video is really cool. Can't be bothered with many songs off it though, except Falling Down (and the video, it's just perfect, isn't it?) which is the best thing they did since Gas Panic! I like Im Outta Time too. Great songs: The Turning, Falling Down Good songs: Bag It Up, I'm Outta Time, Shock of the Lightning. |

And seriously people, Heathen Chemistry is awful. Just Falling Down is better than the whole thing. Be Here Now looks like Sgt Pepper's compared to it.

I know that crowd looks and sounds great, but fuck, it's a horrible crowd to be a part of. Hate it. I couldn't care less about the crowd tbh. They do look like mongs but that's not the point. The song is epic. |
