Tbf I kind of agree - if Man U got an attendance of 60000 one week the world would go mental - yet it would still be more than anyone else in the league (if Arse didn't max oot). 15000 people not going would be terrible.

it is pointless when you're comparing one team's friendly for which tickets were given away free, to another team's game for which the tickets were £20. Especially as it's a qualifier in which were 2-0 up and the match was bound to be a walk in the park.

Then there's the fact that your first leg was at home so it not like you had the game won from the first leg making the home leg a formality, which is basically what last night was for us.

"crawling out of the woodwork" some desperate and of course inappropriate words for describing a reduced attendance. you're using supposition to argue with maths. Justice for the 2,600

Justice for the 2,600 i was joking you bitter mong. I honestly couldn't give a toss what the attendance was, these games are like pre-season friendlies, i often go to them because it's easy to get tickets. In the last three years i've only been to less than ten games and two of those were qualifiers (went to the Standard Liege game two years ago as well as last night).

Good result for united tbh. Nice to see Hernandez get on score sheet, even if it was a bit of a crazy goal berbatov's was immense though what a finish ffs

I just footytubed it. Berbatovs finish was tidy and Rooneys ball for Valencia was class, such an intelligent player. Certainly a level above the majority of players in the premiership. Hernandez's finish made me
