Two episodes in to Season 2 and the arc seems really obvious. Not sure if there will be anything as glorious as Hawk flipping the script or Miguel booting the girl. The ‘what type of gender? Is this a prank call?’ bit was big though.

Fargo Season 4
7/10, Not the greatest season, but I still enjoyed it due to the setting, nice visuals, some cool dialogues and monologue and a hilarious performance by Jessie Buckley, playing the coolest character on the show. (Jason Schwartzman was amusing too) Edit: The score was also great!

Finally watching Justified. I really really like the mix out of dark violence and likeable characters and really fun dialogue. Plus Timothy Olyphant is great and gorgeous.

I've watched the series 2.5 times over. (the .5 is me going back and watching fave eps) Olyphant is indeed such. A delight! (I call him Justy) And Goggins just really gives it his all, and he should have won all the awards.

"The White Lotus" Season 1 (2021) (HBO) para & I are way into this show. The finale is tonight so I might come back to update this post. It is shaping up to be epic. A slew of very rich and flawed guests all spend a week at a remote Hawaiian luxury resort and there are some stories to be told. Does Daddario titz oot? Yes, but briefly and from a poor camera angle. It is 6 full 1 hour episodes. And it features Napoleon Dynamite's Uncle Rico. 9.5/10 I may adjust that after the finale.

this finally turned up on sky arts last night.
good knockabout stuff (oasis breakup gets a mention at the end).
mixing it up with stage & filmed segments.
nearly paid a tenner for the dvd a few times.

Sky Arts delivers with the late night docs on weekends. Haven't checked what they've had on for the past month or so.

Heels - 8.5/10
It's on Amazon Prime in the UK but think it's on Starz(?) in the US? Anyway, it's really bloody good.
Premise from Wikipedia: Two brothers and rivals, one a villain, or "heel" in professional wrestling, the other a hero, or "face" play out scripted matches as they war over their late father's wrestling promotion and vie for national attention in small town Georgia
Premise from IMDB: Two brothers and rivals - one a villain, or "heel," in the ring; the other a hero, or "face," war over their late father's wrestling promotion, vying for national attention in small-town Georgia
I've always wondered why nobody ever did a proper drama about what goes on behind the scenes of a wrestling fed so I'm really glad this has been done. First episode already set out some interesting dynamics and stories and I'm looking forward to seeing how it all plays out. If you like wrestling, this is a no-brainer. But if you don't, I'd still recommend this highly. Seems there will be enough drama to keep even non-wrestling fans invested.

Seinfeld has arrived on Netflix. Plan on rewatching the lot for about the 5th time. Greatest American sitcom ever? I’d rank it behind Cheers and Frasier but it’s still a 9/10.

Yeah Heels looks great. I'll try to get it watched. I watched the pilot from AppleTV+'s Showtime plugin (they give 1 free episode) and I didn't care for for it, tucker. Does it get better? I guess it has to explain wrestling to viewers but that makes me cringe a bit. I dunno. On the topic of AppleTV+, the only other shows I've checked out are Ted Lasso which was fine. ( 6/10 ( Jason Sedakis is difficult for me to like ) ) and Mythic Quest which I enjoyed. ( 7/10 ). Anything I'm missing from AppleTV+? I think I'm canceling that subscription.
