It's poor. The soundcheck had quite a haunting acoustic feel, but he's butchered it

On 1st listen, it's a bit of a plodder. Some nice touches hear and there but I'm not blown away.

I prefer The Death of You and Me - this is ok and has a good chorus but the production is piss poor. May be a grower but at the min it's a 7/10

Dear Dawg,
I can only attend to one gig, I am only fond of "Four letter word" the rest really sounds like shit to me, like maroon 5 does. Noel's first tune was boring,Good rebel is my going on a bicycle ride tune and this one is just peachy.
What do you say,who would u rather see?

I think it's alreet. Bit boring, but alreet. Wasn't a huge fan of the soundcheck clip, but I actually think it sounds better here. Can see yer casual Oasis fan who don't buy the records liking it on the radio, too Can't wait to mix the BDI record with Noel's so I can pretend Oasis still exist

I guess I'm just not seeing what Sardy brings to the table. His production makes the songs sound instantly dated.

Putting my Team BDI allegiance to one side for a second, i'm going to be honest here and say this tune pisses all over 'The Death Of You & Me' and after a few listens i could find myself loving this, it really suits his voice and the melody is beautiful, but he needs to strip it back a bit. Sometimes less is more.

This is a million times better than the other songs we've heard so far. Solid 8/10. Perfect for a nice walk on a Sunday afternoon. Not every song has to be a masterpiece in order to be good.
