Think its very good from what ive heard so far, need to listen to it more though. Really like the first 5 songs, especially Goodbye Kiss and La Fée Verte.

First time I heard it I thought it was grotesque, but, it's actually winning me over. It's the age-old cliche but it really does sound better on a decent set of headphones.

Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan has dubbed U2 fans "cardboard cut-outs".
The singer said supporting Bono and co on their 360 Tour was one of the worst live experiences the Leicester band have ever endured. "I didn't take in anything supporting them, them gigs were horrible, worst ever," he told News.com.au. "U2 fans are cardboard cut-outs, can you imagine supporting U2? Their fans are probably into one band and one album - 'The Joshua Tree'.
He added: "I didn't learn anything because that's just a fucking different level. It was amazing to watch and meet them, but I didn't learn anything apart from just get the fuck out."
Kasabian's frontman went on to describe the experience as like playing to an "empty stadium". "We were the support, so it is what it is," he added. "I hate supporting bands, we're not a support band. So that's never going to happen again.

Got this album for my birthday, wasnae sure what to expect cos the last album was terrible and had far too much Serge singing. Still a bit too much Serge singing, but he does a good Blue Jay-Way-ish turn on La Fee Verte, and overall the album is class, I Hear Voices, Velociraptor, Switchblade Smiles and Days Are Forgotten are all decent.
Been listening to the LL Cool J remix of Days are Forgotten as well and its class, should've been the album version.

fair enough call from tom re u2 but "I hate supporting bands, we're not a support band. So that's never going to happen again." i dont care if youre albums at number 1, make more tunes as bad as that single and you prob will be a support band again.

Aye, it amazes me they chose that as the lead-off single, when virtually every other track is more memorable, and, erm, single-y

Yeah I'm not a U2 fan but I still think when a band asks you to support you (and TBF plenty of big name bands have supported U2), slagging it off like that isn't very classy.

Bon Jovi destroy each and everyone.
When I saw Jon Bon Jovi playing in U-571 (a turning point in cinema btw) I knew everything was gonna be alright.

Is the your/you're and the there/their/they're thing really that hard? Because even for me, English not being my native language, it's piss easy.
