The kid rung the police, kids generally overreact to things. Most people in relationships have blazing rows, break stuff, throw stuff at each other and sometimes yeah hit each other. To a kid that seems horrific but to most adults it's just normal - once a blue moon. Now ok toms been arrested and will have his punishment but the band have dropped him like a stone. Now if the rest of the band are all law abiding angels then good luck to them but I doubt that's likely. Looks to me a bit of woke bullshit and a chance for sergio to take over on vocals. In 10 years with my missus, I've never once broke anything or threw anything as the result of a big row. not even when she had "corona symptoms" and left you to look after the puppy and kids on your own for a week? |

In 10 years with my missus, I've never once broke anything or threw anything as the result of a big row. In 10 years with my missus, I have punched a mirror, kicked a box to pieces and smashed a plate. This is not the same as laying a finger on her in violence, which I absolutely would never do. danscouse, please don't normalise this, blame it on the kid overreacting or his missus not pressing charged. shit like that is how abuse perpetuates. I'm afraid to say all those acts "are" classed as domestic violence - look it up and If it wasn't one incident then "in theory" your a serial domestic abuser (btw I don't think you are). No one, including me is condoning domestic violence in any form just feel cutting him adrift isnt going to help anyone. |
