Arteta would consider playing for england

He wants to play for England because he is not being called by Spain. I don't think that's a good reason to do it (from a supporter point of view).

nigeria is a commonwealth country and has cultural ties to england. also the nigerian would be a british citizen.and if arteta was nigerian he'd be in their team already anyway. it just so happens he's spanish and can't get in their team.

if he was from burkina faso he'd probably be in france not england. to get a work permit to play football in england he'd have to be an international for burkina faso already, so the situation wouldnt arise.
