Yeah, same for me SJ. I just played it on the way home from work and loved it. As ever, Big Body Cuntface can do one.

Apparently he's done a track with MF Doom, can't wait to hear that shit.
All the singles of the album are great, can't get enough of 'Baby Blue' but I just thought the rest of it was all a bit filler and then it just clicked as a whole which I know is what he was trying to achieve.
To be honest I didn't mind the Big Body Bes contribution, he got one track which if we are going to be subjected to him I can deal with. Generally though he's an annoying cunt.
I'd rank it behind the 2 Blue Chips mixtapes and Dr Lector, it's probably on a par with Well Done which is high praise in my book as I think it's great.
Hope he tours the album in the UK, if he doesn't do Ireland I'll definitely be making the trip over for a mainland UK show, let's see him try and throw me off stage.

Agree with all the singles being gems. I downloaded Easy Rider three months ago and it still sounds great. One of the best things he's done I reckon. Fingers crossed for a UK tour.

Both Japanese bonus Go! Team tracks are classy too. Wonder how he will do the touring this time as it's all a bit different.

If 'white sky' was the guy from the Jam as an old dude, this sounds like the guy from the style council as an old dude.

Tallest Man on Earth > Sufjan + Father John Misty if his previous work is anything to go on, that's ^^^ the most ridiculous statement ever

Well, he's a one trick pony although there are beautiful new flourishes added here and there. But always manages to grab me and make me melt and his new one is no exception.

What were you expecting?
Have come to the conclusion that Action Bronson's new LP is 20 mins of brilliance... and 20 mins of pointless filler. Some of his ryhmes sound pretty off-beat as well, I reckon his drug usage is having an impact. Top man.

manhattan love suicides have been around for years. i was big into them a few years ago when they released an album then they split up but this is their comeback album. their offspring the blanche hudson weekend are worth checking out too. im tempted to see them at the shacklewell arms on the bank holiday weekend in may as theyre doing one of the oddbox alldayers on the sunday with the guy from broken family band and a load of other twee stuff and im in TCOTU anyway from having seen nick cave the night before.

New albums from METZ and The Fall are on the way, should leak soon as promos are already out.
Expecting big things from METZ, their debut still stands up as one of the best in the past five or so years I reckon.
