because music is music, and 20 something bearded hipsters are far cooler than you, complaining about pup rock doesnt make you any cooler.
you are a pub rocker by default, and not a very good one.

I still think its a pretty damn fine album. The Girl With X-Ray Eyes and Ballad of the Mighty I are my personal faves

I still havent heard it, though part of something I assume was from it was playing in Home and Bargain the other week when I was shopping. it sounded horrible.
