Unpopular opinion: LG has been involved in more interesting music in the last eight years (BDI, solo) than Dwayne has in the last 18 (post-SOTSOG)

Album failed to chart in the US, even beady eye managed this.
Album is selling less than AYW, And less than all of Noel’s albums.
Strange times. Is Liam about to get dropped by warner!?

Isn't it just the music business is on the decline year on year?

First half is pretty good, probably the best Liam has fronted since DOYS. Second half is totally forgettable though.

I haven't listened to it for a bit but I still think it's a pretty good album. I initially said it was 'as you were 2' which although I meant as a compliment I can see now it's far superior. Certainly if the next one is as much on improvement itll be a really great record.

there's far too much tremendous music around to still be listening to WNWN.
i only listen to One Of Us every now and again, as it's by far his best solo tune and much more nimble than other stuff. Hope he takes some lessons from it for the future.

As you were was way better, I can’t even remember half of the songs on the new one. But if he’s going to play songs off be here now and giants on tour, long may he continue.

For me it is his best since BDI debut, I had really low expectations and the record surely plays it safe but his voice is on top form, he shows more confidence and the collection of songs feels stronger.

The title track, Meadow, and Misunderstood are all still on my daily playlist.
