think i'll be retired from gig going soon if current prices are anything to go by. both the streets and steve mason have recently announced norwich gigs that normally i'd be over but me and mates have decided against due to extortionate ticket prices.
stuff i have got lined up for the rest of the year though, and nearly all of it big nasty ladrock...
august 9th - miles kane @ norwich waterfront august 25th - the strokes/yeah yeah yeahs @ all points east august 28th - the who/richard ashcroft/lightning seeds @ sandringham october 7th - the sherlocks @ norwich waterfront october 12th - the bluetones @ epic studios norwich october 21st - stone foundation @ norwich waterfront studio october 26th - the reytons @ norwich uea nov 3rd - keg @ norwich arts centre dec 5th - dmas @ norwich uea dec 14th - ocean colour scene @ norwich uea

Of 2024.

Like a stopped clock, JP is occasionally spot on. Gigs are fucking expensive. And the older you get, the less your friends want to spend their evenings watching the kind of rubbish local band who charges £6 a ticket. Unless you're called Mahoney and Krburg.
Upcoming:
John Cale @ Edinburgh International Festival, Aug 26 Steve Mason @ Dunfermline Fire Station, Sep 10 The Reytons @ Glasgow Academy, Oct 7 Neon Waltz @ Oran Mor, Oct 12 Young Fathers @ Barrowland, Oct 23
