I'm not knocking them Steve but there's no way those 2 bands are going to flog enough tickets. That is fair tbh. I mean LCD is one thing but Death Cab... Honestly, I was very surprised that they are playing arena shows even in the states (well besides places like New York/Seattle etc.) I figured for example the Orlando gig I got tickets for would be at the House of Blues or something along those lines. I was actually floored to see how many seats were taken during he pre-sale as well. I got lucky and snatched up some of the last "good" ones. I can't see 20,000 people going to see Death Cab at the Amway Center on a Monday night. |

Very dissapointing few months ahead. Only two things in the diary. All the usually reliable Luxembourg and TCOTU festival line ups are disappointing this year- it'll be the first time I miss an APE weekend.

Yeah is one of those multivenue things where you get a wristband letting you in wherever. Good thing is Ipswich is tiny so venues are all nearby and when I last went there was no queuing whatsoever. Only thing I'm waiting for is day splits as its over a Friday and Saturday. Really hoping the acts I want to see end up on the same day. |

We got a festival coming up in August and the local radio station was building it up that this was gonna be the fastest selling concert ever. Lost of chatter about it being Pearl Jam or RHCP or even Bruce Springsteen. I wouldn't be arsed with Pearl Jam or RHCP (well maybe if Flea got the sock going).
Turns on it's two nights of SHANIA TWAIN ffs.
My missus isn't into her but I got a feeling we'll still end up going.
So write me down right now as going to see the one and only Shania Twain.
