For ANyone is such a Lennon solo song... its laughable Kill for a Dream reminds me of a Matchbox Twenty song i'm ok with the lennon in for anyone cause it's not over a particular song. Unlike the Roller which is just blatantly instant karma. and i'd say less matchbox twenty and more nickelback which is actually a billion times more awful. also, hook em.

The way you all were talking about this, I was expecting these songs to be terrible.. I actually liked the vast majority of them. Sounds more like the Stone Roses or the Seahorses than Oasis.. Good stuff imo

As of right now, I think I'm going to like this album a lot more than Dig Out Your Soul.. then again, they might have played the best 30 seconds of every song and the rest might be shit.. Still, I'm optimistic. Fodder for the animals.. Living on an animal farm.
My only gripe is I don't think that Liam can sing 95% of these songs live. And considering these songs are a lot more pop/jangly/whatever than the songs he used to sing, it might not work at all. Seriously, For Anyone sounds like amazing 60's pop, but I imagine Liam barking that song out live, and I cringe.

Just saw the "review" of these on that oasis newsroom site, and read this:
Millionaire
Sounds like it should be a summer single. Very melodic and a gentle vocal delivery from Liam.
I swear to god, Gem should be slapped at least once a day into eternity for ever having uttered that phrase.
