Personally, it's gotta be the HC era for me, not just because of the album but mainly because where I was at in life. My first Oasis gig at Finsbury Park was a monumental occasion, and it was around 2002 that I started trading bootlegs, taping their gigs and really got into their live sound. Despite seeing them about a dozen times around the country on the DBTT tour, the HC era was a gateway to what followed for me and for that it'll always remain a special album. Listening to the Finsbury Park XFM broadcast boot reet now

yeah despite heathen chemistry being by far their worst album, it was probably the time i was most "mad fer it" and saw them live for the first time, started posting on here etc.

Theres not much difference between Milton Keynes & finsbury park surely? Once gigs are outside & get that big they are all the same to me. Although the location is definitely shit.

Went to both MK gigs and whilst they were good, Finsbury Park was the day after my 17th birthday, my second ever gig, sun was out (Sunday gig), had a load of my mates with me and I was full of optimism. And it was broadcast on the radio so I've got a great bootleg of it

DBTT then through to the Noel acoustic tour for the best of. From Coronet with 3000 people through to Noel at Union Chapel with 300. Shitloads of gigs, shitloads of huge nights. Just huge. Album was pretty good as well

It might be between HC (first leak) or DBTT (first show) for me. As best record I'd choose DOYS.

It's the best album, for me the third best album, but I didn't see them on that tour, arsed about stadium gigs. 2002 was more fun, despite the terrible album

The period between SOTSOG and HC was the most madferit for me, in fact I don't think I listened to anyone other than Oasis between February 2001 and August 2002. Finsbury Park as my first ever gig, a couple of days short of being 16, was massive as well. Shame the album which came out at the same time was largely rank.

Blah blah blah 'I saw Noel at Finsbury' - fucking pathetic.
My favourite Oasis moment was August 28, 2009 when Dwayne FINALLY FUCKED OFF.

Muahahahahah so funny. Was "mad fer it" until they broke up. Now I don't give a "fuck fer it" anymore especially with all this Team Beady Shite Eye vs Noel Gallaghers High Flying Wangs bs. Looking forward to the bro's getting back together fuck all this solo shit.

Let's face it almost all of us thought HC was great when it leaked.
I came back from the job centre and spent 8 hours on mirc downloading it from rolli. When I heard the first piano bars to stop crying your heart out I knew I was hearing the greatest album of all time.A quick peep - Andrew bell

I thought The Hindu Times was a good single but it all faded too quickly.

I remember downloading the Hindu Times at college after it was played earlier than scheduled on a Swedish radio station.

I remember you turning up at my house at about 1am with a cd with just Lyla on it. We sat there for an hour with it on repeat.
DBTT for me though, the gigs were great and the album was pretty good too. The completely bonkers gig in glasgow seals it alone.
