jesusnmarypainsofbeingraveonettesfeelgoodshit Only heard this song but if the album all sounds like this I'm gonna be in love. Love this album, has really filled the void since pains of being pure at heart are absolute SHIT now. Also, it's 20 times better than the fireworks album!

Yes they're very good, and at least one of them is an Oasis fan. Check out their other project: Blanche Hudson Weekend.
edit: I know you guys don't read my posts but let me insist about Fever Dream.

Palma Violets - Danger in the Club

Steve, I suggest soulseek.
Been listening to this Swedish shoegaze band called Westkust, anyone heard of them? Good, classic stuff.

Sundays & Cybele- a Japanese Psych band have released this awesome record called Gypsy House. It's all in Japanese so I haven't the foggiest what they're on about but the music is mind blowing. You can buy it direct from their label (Guruguru Brain) below. gurugurubrain.bandcamp.com/album/gypsy-house

Really enjoying the new Speedy Ortiz record- perhaps even more than Major Arcana. Same sound but more developed.

The new Patrick Watson is a big sprawling directionless mess- but there isn't a moment on it that isn't utterly GORGEOUS

Been really lazy with new music this year, the only new album i've bothered to check out is Kendrick Lemmar's
My end of year list is going to be really poor this year unless I up my work rate

Giving the new Mountain Goats album a go. Had never fancied them before but their latest effort is wrestling-themed with songs such as The Legend of Chavo Guerrero, Foreign Object and Heel Turn 2.

Anyone heard the new Weller yet? Not sure what to make of it. Not lacking variety in any case.

I think I'm done with him, lots of variety it might have but it bores me, it sounds like Weller.

Anyone heard the new Weller yet? Not sure what to make of it. Not lacking variety in any case. I like it, a couple of the more garage-rocky tunes feel a bit by-numbers but there's some great material on there. Not sure where it stands in his recent cannon of solo records but it is another good record from him.

Yeah, I've gone through it a few times, and quite like it. Not as good as wake up the nation, miles better than sonik kicks and roughly level as 22 dreams, according to me.
