really enjoyed the new young fathers lp btw. also the breeders was better than i was expecting.

I find the Breeders quite overrated, not this one but the old ones too. Tried to get into them recently and didn't find too many reasons. Not bad either but meeeh.

I like that Soccer Mommy album

not enjoying the new prhyme album anywhere near as much as the last one on first listen. talking of hip hop though the august greene lp is really good and worth checking out.

That Jack White album is... not very good.

I was beginning to wonder why you'd become so miserable. I have three theories.

1. You've just been through a tough break up.

2. You're currently withdrawing from a drug addiction.

3. You've got a Benjamin Button thing going on and you're currently regressing through your teenage years.

Am I? Well, yeah, definitely sounds like me! The 3rd option is the closest although I'm not getting any younger.

Unfortunately that doesn't make the album any better. Hoping I will change my mind, if I wanted to like a 2018 record is that one.

The new Bishop Nehru album 'Elevators: Acts I & II' is great. Wasn't that arsed with the NehruvianDOOM record he did with DOOM a few years back and DOOM does produce half of this record, but it's really great. It's quite short and concise, Kaytranada produces the first half and DOOM the second and it's a lot of fun.

Ah JP really? I'm loving it. One of my favourites this year. Premier's production just seems to get better the older he gets.

Just listening to the latest Albert Hammond Jr, sounds decent. Haven't listened to anything from him since his debut.

He won't convert any non believer but he's good at those power pop Strokesy songs.

The new Czarface and MF DOOM record is pretty FIYA. DOOM has been a bit quiet for me in the last few years, but he sounds back on form on the these two new releases, as both a producer (On the Nehru record) and MC (On this one)..
