Not sure where to post this thought but I guess after your reply it might work here :-X

Obviously you all Windmill lovers have had a lot to chew on recently but I can't remember the last time I really really loved two albums on a row by a band or artist. Fiona Apple or Alvvays come to mind but their release dates are too far apart. Julia Jacklin maybe but not quite there. Anyway, it's about time ffs

Really disappointed with Steve Mason on first listen. What a terrible year.

The new album from Slowthai sounded great on first listen. Proper step up for him.

Really liking the aggression in the new Sleaford Mods LP. I had a bad feeling about this one for some reason but it's great.

Lots of appreciation for the Gaz Coombes album, but has anyone bothered with Danny Goffey's album, splendidly titled Bryan Moone's Discopunk?

Yeah, it's not amazing. Gave it a few spins today. Couple of tracks I quite liked but some of the lyrics are so bad.

The new Sleaford Mods album is solid. Jason sounds like he’s on the verge of falling off the waggon, which gives the songs an edge. But the track with that Dry Cleaning mumbler is the worst thing on it.

New Lana Del Ray is for me an absolute stunner. Arguably, along with NFR her strongest work yet.

I say this as someone who loved the two "proper" albums but that new Black Country New Road live album that came out today is the biggest piece of shit ever.

I knew it would be different without Isaac but this is laughably bad. Awful vocals, cringeworthy lyrics and just nothing that made those two previous albums so special.

I've had to bring out the half a star rating on RYM it's that bad. I'm not sure an album has ever made me so angry.
